The Black Sea, which is an inland sea located in Europe, is usually calm due to the nature of the region but it saw a major sea storm that will have a very long recovery period for the area.

In January 2005 an ice storm hit Lake Geneva, Switzerland and froze nearly everything in its path. These pictures show the beauty and power of nature.

The Japanese will never forget this. A strong typhoon attacked the Japanese islands. Many people were injured. Several deaths.
